Martial Arts Based Self Defense
Traditional Martial Arts
Students will learn concepts for belt rank, competition, and street self defense. When completing our program the students will have completed requirments to earn black belts in Korean Hapkido and TaeKownDo.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

With the popularity of mixed martial arts many students are interested in cage fighting skills. We combine the mixed skills of Catch Wrestling, Shoot Fighting, Hapkido, Karate, and TaeKwonDo with Brazilian Jujitsu concepts to help students thrive with striking, in the clinch, and while on the ground!
Combat Fitness
Based on the "Dirty Dozen" warm ups taught to us by the UFC great Dan "The Beast" Severn. Each class comprises of 12 carefully selected drills and exercises to get you in the best shape possible. Each exercise is performed for 2 minutes with a 30 second rest. Instructors modify to maximize results for each student.
